Amid worry that filling the streets with protesters may just be giving the bastards what they want (It certainly gave Milo Yiannopoulos what he wanted at Berkeley), at least one Temple professor cited in WaPo claims that street protests can strengthen the resolve of judges facing difficult decisions. On the other hand, this one ray of hope is delivered within an article that mostly argues that there are actually few legal challenges available to oppose the Muslim ban.
